Terms of Service

stanimeros is operated by STANIMEROS PANTELEIMON, a sole trader (ατομική επιχείρηση) based in Thessaloniki, Greece. Company Reg. No. (ΓΕΜΗ): 183133106000. VAT No.: EL165099427. In these terms, "we" means stanimeros and "you" means the client who orders the work.

After a free call we send a written quote with a clear scope and a fixed price. Work starts only after you agree to the quote. The agreed scope describes what we deliver. Anything outside it is handled as a change request.

50% of the price is due as a deposit before work starts, and the remaining 50% is due at launch, before go-live and handover. We issue an invoice for each payment. Invoices are payable within 14 days unless the quote says otherwise. For late payment we may pause the work and charge statutory interest.

If you want something that is not in the agreed scope, we tell you what it costs and how it affects the timeline before we work on it. We start only after you approve it.

To deliver on time, we need a few things from you:

• • Texts, images and other content you want in the project
• • Timely feedback and decisions during the work
• • Access to the accounts and services the project needs, such as hosting, domains and developer accounts

We share a working prototype early and the finished project at launch. If something does not match the agreed scope, tell us and we will fix it. The project is delivered once you approve the result and the final payment is made.

All rights in the deliverables transfer to you once you have paid in full. We may reuse our generic know-how and open-source components in other projects. Unless we agree otherwise, we may show the project in our portfolio.

Hosting, domains, developer accounts and paid third-party APIs are separate from our fee. We explain them before we start. We are not responsible for the prices, terms or availability of third-party services.

We fix bugs you report within 30 days of launch at no cost. This covers errors in what we built. It does not cover problems caused by later changes made by others or by third-party services.

Ongoing maintenance, such as updates, monitoring, small changes and priority support, is a separate optional monthly plan agreed with you.

Except for intent or gross negligence, or where the law does not allow a limit, our total liability for a project is limited to the fees you paid for it. Within those limits, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost data, or for outages and failures of third-party services.

We keep the non-public information you share with us confidential and use it only to do the work. The same applies to confidential information we share with you.

Where we process personal data for you, we act as your processor under Art. 28 GDPR and sign a data processing agreement with you.

You can cancel at any time. Once work has started, the deposit is non-refundable. Work already done beyond the deposit is billed in proportion to the work completed.

These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Thessaloniki, Greece, have jurisdiction.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you accept your quote applies to your project. The date at the top of this page shows the latest update.
