Who we are

This website and our own web apps are provided by STANIMEROS PANTELEIMON, a sole trader based in Thessaloniki, Greece (ΓΕΜΗ 183133106000, VAT EL165099427). We decide why and how your data is used (the "controller"), except where we work for a client (see "Client projects"). Contact: hello@stanimeros.com.

This is what we handle through the website and our services.

Our website

We use Firebase Analytics and the Meta Pixel on this website only after you accept the cookie banner. Firebase Analytics records how pages are used. Meta receives two events: PageView and Lead (when you click a contact button). Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage. If you decline, neither tool is loaded. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.

Error reports

If something breaks in your browser, the site sends an error report to our own server on Google Cloud: the error message, the page address and browser information. We use it to fix bugs.

When you contact us

If you email or message us (email, WhatsApp or Viber), we use your name, contact details and message to reply and prepare quotes. We keep the conversation for as long as the project or enquiry lasts, and as long as the law requires.

Web apps we operate

For our own web apps, the account details and content you enter are hosted on Firebase and Google Cloud to provide the service.

Client projects

When we build or run software for a client, the client is the controller of its users' data. We act as a processor under our agreement with the client, and we process that data only on the client's instructions. For questions about such data, contact the client.

Cookies and local storage

Without your consent we store only your cookie choice in local storage. After you accept, Firebase Analytics and the Meta Pixel may set cookies or similar identifiers. Analytics data is kept up to 14 months. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.

Our mobile apps

Each mobile app has its own privacy policy:

Legal bases

Under the GDPR we rely on these legal bases:

  • • Contract, Art. 6(1)(b): to provide the features you asked for and your account.
  • • Consent, Art. 6(1)(a): for analytics and advertising cookies on our website. You can withdraw consent at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.
  • • Legitimate interests, Art. 6(1)(f): error reports and security, so we can keep the site working.
  • • Legal obligation, Art. 6(1)(c): records we must keep by law, such as accounting records.

How long we keep data

  • • Account and app data: until you delete it or your account. We handle deletion requests within 30 days.
  • • Usage analytics: up to 14 months.
  • • Records we must keep by law are kept for the required period.

Required data and automated decisions

Giving us data is not a legal requirement. Some features need it, and without it those features will not work.

We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • • give you access to your data
  • • correct it
  • • delete it
  • • restrict how we use it
  • • stop using it for certain purposes (object)
  • • give you a copy you can move elsewhere (portability)

You can withdraw your consent at any time. You can object at any time to processing based on legitimate interests, such as error reports.

To use these rights, email hello@stanimeros.com or use the data deletion page. We reply within one month. You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority at www.dpa.gr.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and stored with Google Cloud/Firebase, which encrypts data at rest. We limit access to what is needed to run the service. No system is completely secure.
