What is deleted
When you delete your data in Tortoo, we remove:
- • Your account and profile (name, email, sign-in details)
- • Trips you own, with their events, places, expenses and chats; you are removed from trips shared with you
- • Your assistant chats and AI usage records
How to delete your data
In the app
Open Settings, go to Danger zone and tap "Delete account". This deletes your account and the trips you own.
By email or form
Email hello@stanimeros.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request", or use the form below. Say which app and which account (email or ID) it is about.
To end a subscription, use your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting your account does not cancel it.
We delete your data within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm who you are first.
What may remain
Some data cannot be deleted by us right away:
- • Records we must keep by law, such as accounting records.
- • Purchase history held by Apple, Google and RevenueCat, under their policies.
- • Crash logs, which expire automatically (about 90 days).
- • Usage analytics, which expire automatically (up to 14 months).
