What is deleted
When you delete your data in Nourea, we remove:
- • Your account and profile (name, email, sign-in details)
- • Your health questionnaire answers and daily logs
- • Your meal plans
How to delete your data
In the app
Open Settings, go to Danger zone and tap "Delete account". This deletes your account and all your data.
By email or form
Email hello@stanimeros.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request", or use the form below. Say which app and which account (email or ID) it is about.
We delete your data within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm who you are first.
What may remain
Some data cannot be deleted by us right away:
- • Records we must keep by law, such as accounting records.
- • Crash logs, which expire automatically (about 90 days).
- • Usage analytics, which expire automatically (up to 14 months).
