What is deleted
When you delete your data in e-karotsi.gr, we remove:
- • Your account and profile (name, email, sign-in details)
- • Your order and delivery details, except records we must keep by law
- • Your notification token and subscriptions
How to delete your data
By email or form
Email hello@stanimeros.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request", or use the form below. Say which app and which account (email or ID) it is about.
We delete your data within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm who you are first.
What may remain
Some data cannot be deleted by us right away:
- • Records we must keep by law, such as accounting records.
- • Crash logs, which expire automatically (about 90 days).
- • Usage analytics, which expire automatically (up to 14 months).
- • Order and invoice records we must keep for tax purposes.
